The Visual Identity page serves as the definitive guide to your brand’s aesthetic elements, ensuring consistency and recognition across all platforms. It features the logo, detailing proper usage to maintain its integrity. The page outlines brand colors, complete with color codes. It also specifies the fonts we use to maintain uniformity in your communications.

How to Download File Packages
If you would like to download the logo package or font package, click the download link:

You will be prompted to save the file to your computer. Navigate to your desired location and click “Save”.

Once the file is saved to your computer, you can either double-click the zip file or right-click and unzip the file to access the contents.
How to Copy Color Codes
Navigate to the “Color Palette” section, and click the desired color code.

This will copy the text to your clipboard. Go to the location where you would like to paste the code and click Ctrl + V (Windows) or ⌘ + V (Mac).
Add Brand Font to Your Google Apps
In your Google app (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc), click the font dropdown and select “More fonts”.

In the dialog box, search by typing the name of the brand font. When the font shows in the results, click the name to select it.

Click “OK” at the bottom left of the dialog box.

You should now see the font family available in your font dropdown.

Brand Details
What is it?
Our Brand Details page serves as a comprehensive overview of your brand’s core identity and values. It features essential information, mission, and key messaging. The page offers detailed written content that delves into various aspects of the brand. This page is designed to provide a clear and cohesive understanding of the brand and allows you to utilize approved brand copy.

How to Copy Text
Navigate to the text you would like to copy. Underneath the text click the “Copy Text” link.

This will copy the text to your clipboard. Go to the location where you would like to paste the text and click Ctrl + V (Windows) or ⌘ + V (Mac).
Design Gallery
What is it?
Our Design Gallery is a curated collection of graphic designs tailored for your brand, offering a seamless experience for users to explore and interact with. Here, you can filter through the designs to find the one that fits your needs. Once you’ve found the ideal graphic, you have the flexibility to take specific actions such as downloading, accessing the template, or customizing it and sending it directly to print.

How to Search and Filter
You can enter a search term, filter by size, customization option, and the objective of the design.

Click “Clear Filters” to reset the search criteria.
Customize or Download the Design
Under the design, you will see the title of the design and one of the prompts: Customize and Order, Access Template, or Download.

Customize and Order: Following this link will redirect you to the design on VistaPrint where you will be able to select paper type, quantity, customize the design, and place your order.
Access Template: By clicking this link, you will be redirected to Google Drive and automatically prompted to copy the template and make your own edits.
Download: This will download the design to your computer.
Go to the Single Design Asset
Clicking the image of the design or the title of the design will take you to the information page for that design.
Actions on the Single Design Asset Page
At the top right of the page, you will see the actions to copy the link of the page or to Customize and Order, Access Template, or Download.

Video Gallery
What is it?
The Video Gallery is a comprehensive collection featuring a diverse range of videos, including commercials, promotional content, enrollment assistance, and more. It offers a versatile resource for various needs, whether it’s for marketing or informational purposes. The gallery is designed to be user-friendly, ensuring easy access to high-quality video content that can enhance your projects and presentations.

How to Search and Filter
You can enter a search term, filter by video length, type, channel, and stage in the marketing funnel.

Click “Clear Filters” to reset the search criteria.
Video Information
Under the design you will see the title, description, publish date, and length of the video.

Go to the Single Video Asset
You can watch the videos in the gallery, or click the video title to visit the information page.
Actions on the Single Video Asset Page
At the top right, you will see the actions to visit the video download page, copy the link of the current page, or copy the link of the video on Vimeo.

Download a Video
Click the “Download” link at the top right of the single video asset page.

You will be redirected to a Vimeo page. Click the “Download” button on this page, and select the appropriate size. At least 1080p or 720p is recommended.

After selecting a video size, you will be prompted to save the file to your desired location on your computer.
Image Gallery
What is it?
The Image Gallery is a curated collection of approved photos that align with our brand’s identity and values. This resource is designed to assist our staff in finding high-quality images for use in various projects, ensuring consistency and professionalism in all our visual communications. Each photo has been carefully selected and approved to reflect our brand’s aesthetic and message, making it easy for team members to choose appropriate visuals without needing additional permissions.

You can enter a search term, filter by image orientation, subject alignment, or the location within the photo.

Click “Clear Filters” to reset the search criteria.

Under the design, you will see the description, and you have two options to download the photo. The first is “For Print” which is a high resolution photo that should be used for print projects. This file is much larger in size. The “For Digital” option is a lower resolution version that should be used for projects that will be on a computer, such as a powerpoint, document, or web.
